On this occasion I will share a little of my knowledge about herbal treatments that I have read before from books to books. Now it is modern times that too, with a disease that has started to develop many diseases, we often see many people who flock away to look for drugs even though there are many plants that can be used for medicine.
Who wants to get sick, surely everyone doesn't want to be sick, but everyone can't avoid getting sick. Ok, just listen to some articles that I will share in this blog, especially herbal medicines and hopefully they can be useful for all of your friends.
Eat the Right For Our Body
Eat the right foods. Namely food ingredients that are intended as food. Don't eat food that isn't created as
food. The ingredients recommended for eating include the following:
1. All. seed plants and all trees with fruit seeds. Namely grain, legumes and beans.
2. All plants in the fields such as cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, asparagus, kale, tubers, sweet potatoes, potatoes, beets and carrots.
3. Never eat blood and fat. Excessive fat consumption will lead to heart disease and blood vessels, strokes, diabetes and others. In the blood there are germs and other substances that can cause infectious diseases.
4. Never eat processed foods, but try natural foods without a mixture of artificial ingredients. Natural food is certainly better. Often people are only concerned with taste in the mouth regardless of the harmful effects of food mixed with synthetic ingredients or processed mixtures. The important thing is the color is attractive and delicious on the tongue, such as preservatives,
bleach, flavorings, and so on.
Processed foods are also not good for consumption, for example; canned vegetables and fruit, sosia, corned beef, nugets, hot dogs, ham, processed chicken, white bread, whitened white rice, artificial sweeteners and others. Source (Book Two Media)
